These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of bass-bet.online and all services provided by BassBet Casino ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play at BassBet Casino. Creating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted. Players who are found to have provided false information during registration will have their accounts suspended and any winnings forfeited.
It is your responsibility to confirm that online gambling is legal in your province or territory before registering. BassBet Casino does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. We reserve the right to request proof of location at any time.
Account Registration
Each player may hold only one account at BassBet Casino. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be merged or closed at our discretion. Balances and winnings in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to our support team.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless you have selected an alternative currency at registration. The minimum deposit is CA$10 for most payment methods. Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Bitcoin, and Ethereum are accepted. Available methods may vary depending on your location.
Withdrawals are processed after identity verification is complete. For new accounts, KYC documents must be submitted and approved before the first withdrawal can be dispatched. Processing times after approval are as follows. E-wallets: up to 24 hours. Cryptocurrency: two to six hours. Bank transfers and cards: three to five business days.
Monthly withdrawal limits apply depending on your account tier and payment method. Standard accounts are subject to a CA$10,000 monthly card withdrawal limit. E-wallet withdrawals are capped at CA$5,000 per week for standard accounts. VIP players may request higher limits through their account manager.
Bonus Terms
Welcome Bonus
New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit receive a 100% match bonus up to CA$500 and 200 free spins. The bonus is credited automatically upon deposit. Free spins are issued in batches of 40 per day over five consecutive days starting from the date of the qualifying deposit.
The bonus amount carries a wagering requirement of 35x. Free spin winnings carry a separate 30x wagering requirement and are subject to a maximum conversion of CA$100. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Incomplete wagering results in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots contribute 100%. Live casino games contribute 10%. Most table games contribute 10%. Sports bets contribute at varying rates depending on odds and market type. Check the bonus page for the current contribution table before playing.
Deposits made via certain methods, including some cryptocurrency options, may not qualify for the welcome bonus. Confirm eligibility before depositing if the bonus is your priority.
Ongoing Promotions
All promotions at BassBet Casino are subject to individual terms. General promotion rules apply unless the specific offer states otherwise. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who attempt to abuse bonus systems, including through coordinated betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, will have bonuses removed and may have accounts suspended.
Responsible Gambling
BassBet Casino provides deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools to support responsible play. These tools are available through your account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

Prohibited Activities

Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play. Making deposits with the intent to withdraw without genuine gaming activity. Providing false registration information or impersonating another person. Using the platform to launder money or engage in any other illegal activity. Exploiting errors, bugs, or misconfigured games. Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited activities will be suspended immediately. Funds held in such accounts may be withheld pending investigation. We cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory bodies where required.
Intellectual Property
All content on bass-bet.online, including text, graphics, logos, and game assets, is either owned by BassBet Casino or licensed from third-party providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written permission.
Account Closure
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. On closure, any remaining real-money balance will be paid out subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited on account closure.
We reserve the right to close accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months after providing notice by email. Dormant account fees may apply after this period as detailed in our Fee Schedule, available on request.
Limitation of Liability
BassBet Casino provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to all games or services at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party disruptions may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability during such events.
Our maximum liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net deposits you have made in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BassBet Casino is licensed to operate. The language of all proceedings will be English unless both parties agree otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
